Why is it a &quot;load of shit?&quot; The reports are there. We tell consumers about it so they can protect themselves. If you choose not to believe or to decide we have something against consumers because we&#039;re reporting on adverse effects actually reported by the company, as well as FDA and other sources. That is your choice. But remember, successful does not mean honest or ethical.

I would send them a letter explaining why you are withholding payment and letting them know you will be more than willing to pay the fee once your mortgage has been restructured. I would add a cc on the letter to the Virginia Attorney General&#039;s office, as well. It is important for this company to know that you are aware of your rights, the law and the proper channels to take for resolution. Good luck!]]></description>
